   E. J. Kidd and Company is committed to producing superior architectural millwork with
totally reliable customer service while providing a positive and enriched work environment for its
employees.
   E. J. Kidd & Company opened its doors in 1992 to provide a much-needed product and service to the home building industry; the manufacture and installation of the window grille.Since that time we have expanded into a wider offering of architectural millwork. We manufacture “Archcraft”, our own brand of custom 3-piece arched cased openings. Recently we have qualified to be an AWI Certified manufacturing facility. This will give our customers peace of mind that the products offered are of the highest quality and the ability to compete on a higher level of millwork. Even though we work primarily in the North Carolina Triangle area, we ship our products nationwide.
About the mouldings                                                     Mouldings shown in this catalog are normally manufactured in poplar, an excellent choice of wood for a high quality paint-grade finish. In addition to poplar we can run any profile of moulding in any species of wood. If you have specific needs and don’t see a profile you want, our custom shop can make a knife to cut the profile of your choice. No job is too small or too large. We can make these mouldings in straight lengths or curved for fitting around radius windows, arches, etc.
Stock profiles
    Mouldings in this catalog marked (Stock) are items we have in stock in poplar and ready for delivery. While we may not have every stock moulding in large quantities at all times, we are only a few days away from turning rough kiln dried lumber into beautiful mouldings. These items are priced to you at “in-stock” price.
Run-to-order
    These profiles are available with proper notice, but not in our “stock” inventory. We have the knives in our library and can set up and run mouldings from poplar or species of your choice. Pricing is subject to quantities purchased at any one time. Remember: "WE CAN MAKE ANY PROFILE IN ANY SPECIES."
